HYDROPHOBIC TREATMENTHydrophobic treatment is invisible protection of natural stone, brick and plaster surfaces. Survepesu LLC uses hydrophobic solution Enviroseal B, produced in Belgium. The liquid infiltrates deep into the pores of the material and creates a water-repellent surface. Hydrophobic treatment does not diminish breathing of the material being saturated. Before hydrophobic treatment the surface must be cleaned from dirt, oil, grease, organic compounds and bleeding cement, from everything that can aggravate the infiltration of liquid. The surface must be cleaned with high-pressure water even when dirt is not visible. In case of many stone surfaces good results can be achieved by wet sandblasting. |
